Over 30 years of experience. Spread between 3 provinces BC, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Fine dining, hotels, business owner and partner. Running catering business Sweet Gourmet for the last 20 years the last 10 years working for Canadian sport institute in Calgary running their program for the athletes: Fuel for Gold.
